    Our Homemade Food

    Sophie’s is a well-established coffee shop, bed & breakfast and pizzeria. It is very popular with the surrounding villagers, walkers, cyclists, families and the retired. It is a place where people come and sit on the Lloyd Loom chairs and enjoy coffee, cakes and substantial meals in front of the fire or in the garden on a summer’s day and look at the breath taking views.
    All of our cheeses are made from organic goat and cow milk. 
    Our toppings are 100% organic, locally grown, and arrive fresh daily.

    Our Pizzas are

    Stonebaked

    The stone baked pizza oven enhances the garden; it has proved to be very popular for sit-in and take-away pizzas. The pizzeria is open on certain Saturday evenings, please call or check the Facebook page for these nights. All the dough is fresh and made on site and the toppings prepped from fresh ingredients. The logs are lit at mid-day and when the oven is up to temperature the pizzas only take a minute to cook. If the weather allows, al fresco dining should really be experienced. The coffee shop is licensed, so a beverage of your choice can be enjoyed too.
